Somali people are all different, you can't just say they are all greedy. Over in the 1st world countries they are just lazy, and they get here through illegal means so they are a bit sideways. In Somalia they are poor, hungry, and angry. They aren't greedy in the least, they are a bit naive, but they most have good intentions.

these somali fishermen weren't just the kind of commercial fishermen that there are elsewhere in the world. they were extremely poor and fishing was there whole livelihood. so when their source of income was gone, they resorted to extreme measures. that is why other somali people don't condemn them. they were virtually choosing between an illegal life or death. what they can be blamed for is that, because it became so profitable, the piracy has become a business recruiting kids from the street..

I don't know about nuclear waste, but western countries are robbing the livelihood of the Somali fishermen and destroying the fish population of the sea there by overfishing the Somali waters where they don't even have a right to be in. They are breaking laws not to mention ethical principles, but no1 is saying anything about that. Shame on us.
