@punkvgoth123 that´s not a video for The grass is green .. that´s and underground version of turn off the lights or on the radio i cannot remember right now. I wish there were a videoclip for this amazing song!
Adoro esta canción, ya son 5 años ¡qué rápido pasa el tiempo! y ahora como entonces según parece que la vida es el regalo más grande que he recibido, no hay espacio para penas ni arrepentimientos... sólo es una. La vida.
Get a grip everyone Nelly will do what she wants when she wants regardless of it being mainstream or not she is autonomous after all! And as for the meaning of the song, why oh why does it have to be about something as pointless as weed, I much preferred the song when I thought it was about something a little more complex like infidelity and fear of loss!
Yeah I agree with you about Nelly doing what she wants. She's great and so musically versatile and that's what I love about her, I don't care what anyone says. About the song meaning, you can open your ears again because the song is about wanting something you can't have and then when you do, it just feels overrated. That's what I get from the song anyway. Hmm, well have a good one.
I'm designing something that involves grass and I kept singing this song. Couldn't help but look it up and listen to it :).
And I totally agree with you KittyAislinn! She's not the old unique Nelly we know....shame to see a great talent fade away like that...Anyway love this song...;__;
I'm sorry, but I don't see it the way you do. Nelly Furtado is evolving as an artist, embracing her cultural roots, singing in both Spanish and Portuguese... of course, sometimes one has to sell their souls a bit to stay in the pop world, like working with Timbaland, for example, but she still does what she believes is right musically.
well I was not talking to you in the first place, leso culiao. hueon concha e tu mare, sapo culiao, metete el dedo en el hoyo and masturvate como el resto
the grass is green??! ...not anymore,Nelly...cause some people wanted to replace it with buildings!:/ but WE will keep the rest safe!

This is a complation of many of her vids. And some stuff I've not seen before. I don't think she released a vid. for this song.

I really like her old stuff more than her new stuff. And I also like her old stiling more than her new. I miss the old Nelly. :(
She used to be unique now she is just mainstream. -.- However I love this song! <3
