@paddywagons104 The Nav Lights on the Horizontal Stabs came from Leamington Hobby Centre in the UK. The Strobes and the Rear Nav are just super bright LEDs that I put a resistor on. The strobing effect comes from a Flymodelbleu lighting controller.
Did you need to move the rear cyclic servo into the frames to stop it from fouling the fuselage.
LHC have this Fun-key 50 fus on thier website in blue but with a slightly different scheme, is it still the same as yours ?, I would love to put my 600E in one but dont want to end up buying the wrong thing.
All your vids are fantastic and that turbine EC135 is a work of art, please keep posting your helis. Looking forward to the completed squirrel.
Yes, if you hang it on the inside of the frame instead of the outside and make a cut in the rear flange it JUST goes. My fus came from LHC so yes :)I think their pictures are old.
Thanks for the complements on the Vids :) The EC truly is a work of art and belongs to a good mate of mine and was at the indoor flyin on Sat just past (not flying lol) Keep watching, the squirrel will be done soon (hoping to make Red lodge with it)
Its not loads of hard work but you have a raise the frames up a chunk (30 odd mm). Other than that its fairly easy though the tail gearbox will be fun if your not running a torque drive.
hi!! i have this heli toooO! my head seems sorta low, that if i spin up n go backwards, it would probably touch a muffler, im afradi of that. is it suppose to right pretty close to muffler?
Its close on mine but it cant touch. Remember that the flybar doesnt want to be moved from the horizontal so its unlikely it will touch on yours. If it can then you need to move the mechanics up. Mine sits on 2 aluminium rails about 34mm in height. These are bolted to a bit of 2mm ply
Its a 6S / 4600 Align pack with a standard align speed controller and motor... My down timer is set to 6 minutes and it can easily do that (uses about 75% of the pack). Changing is easy, the whole nose comes off back to the rear passenger door and up to the rotorhead.
The skids on the ranger in this video are Quick UK 60 Size skids. The scale ones in the other vid of mine are custom built to order by a nice guy name of Mike Spinner, northwest scaleworks
I dig your choice of music and your heli looks nice

What headspeed are you running with??

Hi, Its about 1750 - 1800. Just fast enough to keep the bird stable much slower than that on a trex 600 and it would be a handful.

Excellent video, fantastic looking heli.
Does the Trex600E fit in quite easy to this fuselage or is it loads of hard work ?
