  • good stuff.. but wrong juicer. you need a twin gear juicer.. preferably stainless steel.

  • @BeatNick green smoothie for fibre, green juice for instant nutrient 'hit'. You can use an egg, but not with this recipe. Check out mercola.com Dr Mercola loves eggs, whey and berries for breakfast (in a smoothie)

  • Would you say this is the best juicer? most people, even David Wolfe hate using the juicer because of how long it takes to clean it. Are they all as bad?

  • I'll have to try that juice recipe.. I find that carrot/spinach/parsley/celery makes me feel pretty damn good in the morning

  • what about blended smoothies vs. juiced ? Is there a difference ? Your wasting all that natural fiber that's in the foods that were meant for us to eat whole. Why juice celery when you can blend it and keep the fiber ? Just curious.

  • I get this question very often. OK, in the west we live in a very polluted way, so we need a tonne of nutrients to counteract this. WIth juicing it is in your system and nutrients in your bloodstrem very quickly. Just do it and feel the benefit. Many people want to know which is best, but they are both as important as each other. Fiber is critical, which is why if you watch my other vids you'll see a load of smoothie demos as well. 1 juice per day and 1 smoothie per day and you're doing great!

  • You can get fibers in other foods and you can use the fibers in soups.

  • I have the same juicer, don't get it, it's loud and it doesn't juice very well. The vegetable is quite damp after juicing. A lot of vegetables is wasted this way. Get a cold press juicer if you want to juice. Cold press juicers extract every drop of juice.
