I love playing as Super Sonic or NiGHTS in this track. They fit well with the theme.

Just beat all the missions in Mission Mode, that's how to unlock all three of them.

To be honest, I don't know. All I know is that it plays on SEGA Carnival and SEGA Illusion. Perhaps if you look up the soundtrack for Sonic Riders, you may find the song name.
