  • Great design great video I would think of it Victorian style regardless, if you asked me what style this was victorians the first thing that would pop into my head. Keep uploading especially your recipes

  • I'm sure this will get deleted -since quite a few comments have- but this is not Victorian in any way, shape , or form. I could see medieval inspired but not Victorian. I'd suggest looking at 11th c illuminations of womens' dress to see where the A-tunic - the basic shape of this gown- is from. Variations on it were worn well into the 15th C. After that, fitted gowns became more vogue.

  • @IsabellaDangelo It'll be deleted. All the others, including the one I left yesterday, have been. Me, I welcome negative crit because it tells me what I need to work on to become better and what information needs to be corrected. No one ever improves if they're unwilling to listen to critique and learn from it.

  • @RogueFiccer007 Thank you for your charming comments. I am a designer of clothes. I give the clothes a name based on the energy that the clothes have and the look I want to convey. I am not making historical costumes and have no issue with the name. I feel it is appropriate. Thank you.

  • @CarolynCowan The name conveys a certain image that this dress does not possess. It's not the gown that is the issue, but by saying it is of an era like Victorian, people do expect to see a certain style. You are getting hits to this video because people expect to see a Victorian dress - ie a gown cut in the style from about 1840 to 1901. By not producing that, you will get negative comments.
