It was included in the same book, under the same wording, and with the same level of punishment. Everything is Leviticus is cultural laws, about how to fit in as a community. Homosexuality was forbidden not because it was considered inherently immoral, but because it was a bad way to fit into the community (it neglects women who were dependent on male care-givers, etc.) But our cultural standards have changed since then.

Also, it's hardly mentioned in the bible, compared to the other biggies.
