i dont have anything against the exies... but that doesnt sound like kurt, and they dont sound like nirvana if they were still around... the only thing there voice have in common is a kind of rasp, but not the way they sound. thats pretty well it. and the bands have a different style, even if nirvana was still around they wouldnt sound like this. listen to nirvana beeswax or something, thats nirvana haha. this isnt.

Wow, I just thought the same thing. There is a sort of a documentary about how Nirvana made Nevermind, and you can hear a part where Kurt Cobains sing (nearly screams) Smells Like teen Spirit and this is so reminding me to that.

Big fan of The Exies since they got started. Yeah, hate to see good rocking bands that don't get the exposure they deserve. This whole CD is good from top to bottom, not to meantion their other work. Another band that is underrated is King's X
