I minimized my nightfinder than put the dart holder on the side used the o ring from my broken night finder on to the new one and still had 2 dart holders left im thinking about putting them on the top rail what do u think nice vid respond to what u think I should do with the holders

Easier modification-get a pair needle nose pliers to remove the prong.To do this, unscrew only the very front of the gun(where the barrel it) and remove the round piece going around the front of the barrel. pull on the prong to get it out. Pull the plunger back. Then, take a screwdriver and put it in the barrel. twist and push until a hole forms at the bottom of the barrel. this modification gives your gun the ability to shoot Streamline darts, and it increased my guns range by several meters.

One other tip for modders you can add an o ring from a hornet pump for a very good seal instead of buying another nitefinder.

stretching the spring helps but i would recomend having a friend help cuz when u stretch it, its harder to reassemble the gun

you could also take your second nightfinder spring out and cut it down a bit and add it to your first nightfinder I did that but then i had to add cushioning and reinforcments to make sure it doesnt break.

I found out the hard way not to mod the firefly.

i dont know why he kept it that way, but in his "advanced" nightfinder mod vid, he hollows it out. this is because the circle that holds the rod restricts airflow (the circle in the middle, not the entire disc, thing)

it is simple because if it has a huge hole in it, the dart might fall in too far back which is annoying cause u have to open it again

it wont mess it up, but i heard of some cases where the dart slipped back to far, to prevent that, i would do a barrel replacement (highly recommended) or leave small nubs to barely hold the dart in place

the rod thing that you cut off can be modded more by cutting off the orange plastic around it because that acts as another air restricter so when you cut that off it will shoot even farther

hey uin13, i used the spring from the shotgun made by buzzbee toys, well, i modified the nitefinder the way you did, i used a screamer dart to shoot. i was shocked. the distance was over 80 feet. this was the most useful video ive seen.
