  • I have no problem connecting to wifi spots. BUT .... I have to re-enter the password for every wifi spot I visit. How can I set my Galaxy Ace GT S 5830 to save passwords for the wifi spots I have previously been connected to?

  • i already connected with wi-fi but when i'm connecting to any website like facebook it says error occurred..i dont know why,,i can't use the wireless connection..my phone is samsung galaxy ace s5830..please help..many thanks!

  • HOW MANY LINES OF THE PASSCODE IS NEEDED? I have 40 digits (4 lines of 10 digits). When I enter all 40 it doesn't work! When I enter the first 10 digits it doesnt work! What does it WANT!!!?????

  • @FulkingCump What type of security do you have on the box? Have you managed to get connected yet?

  • Infuriating! I have my passkey written down in front of me! My PS3, Wii, and 2 PCs are connected to the wireless network without problem, but this phone WILL NOT CONNECT! It just says authenticating, then disabled!!!! Thanks o2, I'll be contacting you shortly for a refund.

  • So if I use the wifi option, does this mean it won't take up data costs on my phone plan or will this not matter at all?

  • @freakfreak12345 When connected to WiFi no mobile data is used.

  • how do i find out what my wi-fi password is?? :S

  • @siilva16 This can sometimes be found printed on the bottom of the wireless box. Alternatively you can contact your ISP who would be able to advise you on the password.

  • Hi i have a problem. I try to type in the password and every time i do it just loops through authentication, disconnection and reconnection and then asks me for my password again. any ideas?

  • @roddyclifford Double the check the password you are using. Remember its case sensitive and must be typed in exactly as written. Try removing the network completely and reconnecting. To remove > Tap the Menu icon > Tap Settings > Tap Wireless and networks > Tap Wi-Fi settings > Tap the Wi-Fi tick box so a green tick appears > Tap the network you wish to remove > Tap Forget. Now try connecting again using the steps shown in the video.

  • my wifi s nt working.....i did evrythng whch ws instructd in ds video bt still its nt working.....

  • @revupavana What is the exact issue you're experiencing? At what point in the steps shown do you have problems? Do you see any error messages at all? Any more information would be greatly appreciated.

  • do i hv to switch on d bluetooth fr wifi??

  • @revupavana You don't need to activate Bluetooth to use Wi-Fi.

  • i do hv a lock mark next to my network its in wpa/wpa2 psk it says connecting then gets disconnected so plz help me

  • @hugmeonce25 Double check your password. Make sure you are typing this in correctly. Remember its case sensitive. Try deleting the network and reconnecting again. To delete Tap the Menu icon > Tap Settings > Tap Wireless and networks > Tap Wi-Fi settings > Tap the Wi-Fi tick box so a green tick appears > Tap the network you wish to remove > Tap Forget. Now try connecting again using the steps shown in the video.

  • @hugmeonce25 I'm having the same problem with my phone. Have you figured it out yet?

  • @O2GuruTV I know how to set up wifi, but how can I use the internet without having to pay ? Ive tried but I always end up paying for internet.. Help?

  • @CLaRITaBONITa12345 What exactly do you mean? Do you mean your being charged on your mobile bill? If that's the case then you won't be connected to Wi-Fi you'll be connected to the mobile web. Double check your Wi-Fi password and make sure you are fully connected before browsing any internet pages.

  • hey scanning for ever. but me wifi is on and remembered. but i wait 5 min also still scanning but nothing happen

  • @absar121 Can the handset pick up any other networks at all? Are you able to test the device in a different location?

  • @O2GuruTV nvr now working. i just restarted me phone. tx by the way

  • @absar121 No problem, glad its sorted. :)

  • @O2GuruTV tx.

  • @absar121 can u find a way to hack into wifi pass pls. hehehehehehehhe.tx

  • Samsung wireless suck!

  • Why can't I get in? It always says Obtaining IP address then Authenticating then Remembered then scanning then authenticating and finally disconnected.

  • @kasmiah0911 Try deleting the network and reconnecting again. Double check the password as you type it in. Remember it is case sensitive.

  • how do I do if I want it to send wifi to laptop? so I basicly use phone as a router, without an usb cable, how do I do???? :(

  • @KhanonKun To activate tethering you would go to Main menu > Settings > Wireless and Network settings > Tethering and portable hotspot. If you are on O2 you need a tariff with tethering enabled to use the service. All out latest data bundles have this included. More info can be found here > bit#ly/fmJprz (Swap the # symbol for a dot . )

  • is that internet free??

  • @Croquettegurl You are not charged on your mobile bill for using a Wi-Fi connection.

  • i have the same problem as peuterschmidt 1 week ago unable to connect, exactly the same as him until disconnected again?

  • @manurooney007 First of all forget the network and reconnect again. To forget the network Tap the Menu icon > Tap Settings > Tap Wireless and networks > Tap Wi-Fi settings > Tap the Wi-Fi tick box so a green tick appears > Tap the network you wish to remove > Tap Forget. Perform a hard reset on your wireless box. This will return all settings to factory default. Now try connecting again, double check the password when typing, remember it is case sensitive.

  • I followed the instructions in this video, I click connect and it says "authenticating" after a second or 2 it then says "remembered" it then says "authenticating" again and finally says "disconnected"

  • @peuterschmidt hmm that's strange. Can you forget your home wifi and try it again? You can also reset the settings on the phone.

  • @O2GuruTV I decided to reset my phone back to factory settings, maybe it was that there was a setting wrong and now its right or it could have been me doing something wrong as i was new to the phone.

Thanks for the suggestion, wondering is you could answer something else tho.

When I first took out the contract I got an email with a link to download some software that is used to sync the phone with the settings etc on the program, I lost the email and dont have the program or know the name. : )

  • @peuterschmidt Was the link for Samsung Kies? You can find out more info on Kies here > o2guru#tv/25vw (Swap the # symbol for a dot . then copy and paste into your browser)

  • @peuterschmidt i have the same problem with you,, did u fix it? :(

  • How to Turn On 3g??/

  • @MrDracoLuciusMalfoy If you go to settings > Wireless and Networks and all of your network options will be in here. Let us know how it goes!

  • when in a wifi network do i need to turn of my data or will it automatically use the wifi so i am not charged for my data.

  • @crise1 When in range of a Wi-Fi network the phone will automatically use this provided you have the password or have access to the hotspot.

  • mine doesn't connect to my WiFi it just says authenticating, then connecting the scanning then disconnected

  • @invalidHAX Try removing the network then reconnecting again. To remove Tap the Menu icon > Tap Settings > Tap Wireless and networks > Tap Wi-Fi settings > Tap the Wi-Fi tick box so a green tick appears > Tap the network you wish to remove > Tap Forget. Now reconnect using the steps shown in the video. You may also want to check your wireless box settings. It may be worthwhile changing the wireless channel to rule out wireless interference as being the issue.

  • @O2GuruTV ive done this like 10 times and it still does what invalidHAX says... please help me i just got this phone :((

  • @BigSammy1000 Have you tried the steps advised to invalidHAX including the wireless channel change on your router?

  • Wat do u mean u have to have data to go on internet.i thought u just press connect

  • @iirandomeleader What exactly do you need help with? Are you having issues connecting to Wi-Fi or the Mobile web? Any more information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  • Can u go on facebook

  • @iirandomeleader Yeah, you can search it up, but I downloaded a free app for it which is easier to use.

  • hi 02 i had wi-fi on and a thing with 2 arrows and G sign came up

  • @UK3runnerz Sounds like the connection to Wi-Fi was lost. The G symbol normally means you are connected to GPRS mobile internet. This would mean that your data allowance would be used rather than the Wi-Fi connection.

  • do you need data to use wifi?

  • @BrandyNatasha No you don't. When using a Wi-Fi connection mobile data is not used.

  • say you log into your houses wifi, will it automatically log in when you're at home?

  • @spirodadragon Yes it would. The handset remembers any network that you connect to. If for any reason you wanted to disconnect from a network follow these steps > Tap the Menu icon > Tap Settings > Tap Wireless and networks > Tap Wi-Fi settings > Tap the Wi-Fi tick box so a green tick appears > Tap the network you wish to remove > Tap Forget.

  • i cannot connect it always say error

  • @knightfox17 What error message do you get?

  • I pay extra for this service, after weeks have not been able too connect too any on the Roving Network with or without passwords? Not very good is it?

  • @360bus Hi there, what exactly are you having issues with? Are you trying to connect to a Wi-Fi network? Any more information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. :)

  • Hi there,

I'm following all the instructions but when I try to login to my virgin internet it keeps saying scanning then, disconnected. I don't understand why it's not working, definitely the correct password. I'd love some help with this. :)

  • @TheLipstickhippie Are you able to get connected at all? Do you know what type of security you have on your wireless box?

  • please help, whenever I click wi-fi in the wi-fi settings menu all I get is error- how do I fix this?

  • @totallyme2008 What is the exact error message?

  • Comment removed

  • @totallyme2008 SORRY i m unable to put the link

search for samsung galaxy ace wifi error solution..on youtube

  • O2GuruTV

Jjust aquired the 5830 from O2 and I am having trouble connecting to my home WiFi. I have no problem connecting with my desktop, laptop and my son's iPhone. I have changed the security conditions on the router and tried all options but still no luck. The phone displays alternately "scanning" and "disconnected" on the Wi-Fi tab. I have also dleted/reset network to no avail, it seems nothing I do allows the phone to connect.

Is this a known problem a 'LOT' of people seem to have it.

  • @modelfliyer Not that I've heard of. How many is a "lot" of people? It could potentially be a fault with the device. You seem to have tried all the fault diagnosis steps I would suggest on here. It may be worth taking the device along to one of our Guru's in store? They can have a look at it, perform some tests and give your further advice. Appointments can be booked here > guru#force#com/ (Swap the # symbols for dots . )

  • i also cant connect to my wi fi i connect i put in my password it says its authenticating and then it says it is disabled its driving me insane

  • @draco3113 Are you able to connect to any other Wi-Fi networks or is the issue isolated to your home Wi-Fi? Try deleting the network and reconnecting again. To delete the network Tap the Menu icon - Tap Settings - Tap Wireless and networks - Tap Wi-Fi settings - Tap the Wi-Fi tick box so a green tick appears - Tap the network you wish to remove - Tap Forget.

  • well when I'm on the Internet using wife Ivan take from 2 to 20p off of me...

  • @TheKarakins You may have connected to mobile data. This can happen if you lose connection to Wi-Fi. The phone will automatically pick up the next best signal to allow you to keep browsing.

  • @Billybob21610 No, if you have access to the internet through a Home Broadband connection, it is still a free service. You have to already have access to this.

  • when I am connected to the Internet by wifi and I then come off of the Internet it takes a couple of pence off of me everytime why is this??

  • does wifi cost if i havent got internet ?

  • @Billybob21610 Wi-Fi usage is not charged to your mobile bill.

  • even though i connect mine it says disconnected after i connected it i dnt know what to do plz help

  • @BadBoyCoolDudeRulez Try deleting the network and reconnecting. To delete the network follow these steps - Tap the Menu icon - Tap Settings - Tap Wireless and networks - Tap Wi-Fi settings - Tap the Wi-Fi tick box so a green tick appears - Tap the network you wish to remove - Tap Forget. Also check the password you are using. Remember it is case sensitive. Are you able to connect the phone to any other Wi-Fi networks?

  • will u help me i hav ace whenever i connect to wifi networks in my home there is default section below wifi networks below default there is remembered whenever i connect to it wifi gets disconnected ...so i am unable to connect to wifi will any one help me...plz

  • @hrishi2393 Try deleting the network and reconnecting. To delete the network follow these steps - Tap the Menu icon - Tap Settings - Tap Wireless and networks - Tap Wi-Fi settings - Tap the Wi-Fi tick box so a green tick appears - Tap the network you wish to remove - Tap Forget. Does this make any difference?

  • yes friends samsung has released 2.3 for ace ...i am using it...i like it for longer battery and less system size but i cant use pinch to zoom feature for html....

  • has samsung released a gingerbread update yet? please reply!! also does the phone have 3g so you can use the internet on the go?

  • @enguinpay600 There will be a gingerbread update for the Galaxy Ace, this will be coming soon. The Ace does have 3G capability and can be used to access mobile internet.

  • has samsung released a gingerbread update yet? please reply!!

  • that is simplicity deal btw

  • does the £10.50 a month with unlimited texts and 100 mb of internet.. does the internet work on the samsung galaxy ace? ?

  • @iDmxEoiin Yes, the internet can be accessed via the mobile web on the Galaxy Ace.

  • @babycinnamon27 how did you solve it i have the same problem

  • Hey please tell me that my have wifi do not connect with any other mobiles wifi..........

    Router work properlly............

    plzzz..plzzz............Give me sollution...........

  • @2255221000 Can you be a little clearer on what the issue is please? Are you saying that no mobile device can connect to your Wi-Fi? Any more information about the issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  • how do you set up 3g

  • @MrMonkey7274 Are you looking to get internet settings to use the device on the mobile network? If so you can download the settings online. Here's a direct link - bit#ly/rozMFF (Swap the # symbol for a dot . )

  • No, this is my first time trying to connect to a network which is password protected. Yes, I have a laptop that is connected to my home network via wireless. I'm not sure what's blocking my phone from connecting to my home network via wireless...

  • @babycinnamon27 Try a hard reset of your wireless box then connect the device again. I'd also recommend trying to connect to different password protected network so you can rule out the device as being the issue. You could also visit one of our Guru's in store. They can have a look at the device for you and make sure everything is functioning properly. Appointments can be booked through here - guru#force#com/ (Swap the # symbols for dots . )

  • @O2GuruTV I solved the problem, finally!! :) thanks anyways!

  • @babycinnamon27 No problem, glad to hear it. :)

  • Hi, I'm trying to connect to my home internet. I typed in the password but the "Connect" button is inactive, so I can't even connect to the internet. Is it a problem with my phone or my router? Thanks!

  • @babycinnamon27 Hi, have you been able to connect the phone to any other Wi-Fi network? Double check the password as you type it in. Remember it's case sensitive. Do you have any other devices in your house connected to the wireless box?

  • Comment removed

  • @O2GuruTV Yes, I've been able to connec to other wifi networks that don't require a password. I entered the right password, and it says authenticating..... then connecting.... then disconnected. Then it comes up with a screen prompting me to save the network (even if I have already done so); and it starts authenticating again, or just stays disconnected. Do I need to update my phone?

  • @babycinnamon27 You should update your phone regularly yes but this issue is probably not related to that. Have you ever been able to connect the phone to a network which is password protected? Do you have any other devices connected via wireless to your home network?

  • thanks anyways.... :)

  • @lolapyuta No problem, glad you managed to get it sorted out. :)

  • Comment removed

  • got it... figured it out... use 2g networks was unchecked.... ty...

  • my webpages are not how do put it opening.... they say u need a data connection or something like that

  • @lolapyuta Sounds like you are not connected to the internet. Are you trying to connect via the mobile web or through Wi-Fi as shown in the video?

  • @O2GuruTV through wifi

  • @lolapyuta So are you trying to connect to your own Wi-Fi at home or a hotspot when out and about?

  • if i put wifi on, is there any change that the phone not using wifi but paid internet ? because i dont got internet in my abbonoment, and i dont want to pay for the internet

(for example if i put on app on, what needs internet, does it use wifi if its on, or does it use internet ?)

  • @Whahab0b If you are connected to a Wi-Fi network then you will not be charged on your mobile. If you connect to the internet using the mobile data network then you may be charged depending on what tariff you have. Almost all apps need some sort of internet connection to work properly.

  • @O2GuruTV When I do that it just says obtaining ip address and then after that it says disabled..??

  • @AwsomeSoda Are you connecting to your own wireless network at home? Try removing the network - Tap the Menu icon - Tap Settings - Tap Wireless controls - Tap Wi-Fi so a tick appears next to it - Tap Wi-Fi settings - Tap the network you wish to remove - Tap Forget. Now try reconnecting and double check you are entering the correct password. Remember it is case sensitive.

  • Hi

My parents bought a pair of Samsung Galaxy Aces and are finding them rather hard work. Please let me know if they are being billed for VoiceMail. They do NOT want to use it but, apparently, it keeps automatically kicking in.

What is the procedure required to disable it ?

  • @SuperDuperUberTuber To disable voicemail dial 1760 from the handset keypad. If you ever want to activate it again dial 1750. The charges for voicemail varies from tariff to tariff. You can check the call charges on our website. o2. co. uk /tariffs (Remove the spaces from the link)

  • ive got a galaxy s and i cant seem to connect to 3g :/

  • @celticmarty1888 Can you connect to the internet at all? Check that your mobile data is on. Press the Menu key - Tap Settings - Tap Wireless & networks - Tap Mobile networks. Try a reboot of the phone and you may want to check your area for any network issues. You can do this using status .o2.co. uk/ (Remove the spaces in the link)

  • @O2GuruTV Yes but it says G and is very slow.

  • @celticmarty1888 G means GPRS. You may not be in an area with 3G coverage. Did you check your area in out coverage checker? It can be found on the O2 website /coveragechecker

  • @O2GuruTV my area is covered in blue for mobile internet.

  • @celticmarty1888 Blue means there should be good coverage for mobile internet, you should at least have an EDGE connection. Have you ever been able to use EDGE or 3G in that area?

  • @O2GuruTV yes i sometimes get EDGE but 90% of the time it says G, on one occasion i had H (HSDPA) and sometimes i get 3g for a second.

  • @celticmarty1888 So the signal seems to fluctuate in that area. Have you been able to try your SIM card in another device? Does this make any difference? Do you know anyone else on O2 with the same issue?

  • @O2GuruTV One more thing , when i go to send a picture, it ends up being a video. i go to the picture and hit share, message, choose contact and there is a play button and its a 3 sxecond video of the picture. i got to send and it says sending and it doesnt send.

  • @celticmarty1888 You may need the correct settings on the device. Have you ever been able to send/receive picture messages? The settings can be downloaded from here - bit. ly/ rozMFF (remove all spaces from the link.

  • Hi there. My wife has this phone and we have just connected it to our home Wi-Fi. when she is at home will the phone use the Wi-Fi to connect to the internet rather than her mobile data trandfer or would she need to turn off mobile data manually?

    Thanks

  • @deejayjontar As long as the WiFi is switched on and the wireless box is within reach of the phone it will connect to it. If you want to turn off mobile data for any reason you can do this by Tapping the Menu icon - Tap Settings - Tap Wireless & networks - Tap Mobile networks - Tap use packet data. This can be toggled on and off.

  • @O2GuruTV Thanks for that. So while at home and connected to our wi-fi the phone will use the wi-fi for data as default over the packet data?

  • @deejayjontar Yes that's correct. :)

  • My parents have bought a pair of these phones from an O2 store. Are these phones locked so that they must continue to use O2 Sims for a set period of time ?

  • @SuperDuperUberTuber The handsets will be locked to the O2 network yes. You can request for these to be unlocked. More information can be found on our website. After .co.uk type in /unlockmymobile

  • When my parents first got this phone (on a "Pay & Go" plan) they lost three quid trying to find the list of Contacts and choosing "Directories". They would like some clarification about whether they are also billed when they request to "Check Balance".

  • @SuperDuperUberTuber I can confirm that there is no charge when requesting to check balance. :)

  • Hi

My Mum has this phone and wants to be able to access the internet with it but ONLY via Wi-Fi so that there are no charges. Today the phone appears to have connected to the intywebs without her wanting it to. It says it has charged her a pound. How can we stop this from happening ?

  • @SuperDuperUberTuber You can switch off mobile data on the handset. There's 2 ways to do this. The first and easiest way is by pressing and holding the on/off button. You will see an option to switch off data services. The second way is done by going to - Settings - Wireless and Networks - Mobile Networks - Untick "use packet data".

  • @O2GuruTV Thank you very much.

  • @SuperDuperUberTuber No problem. I managed to find out some more information about the iPlayer issue as well. Apparently iPlayer requires a device to have at least a 1ghz processor to run flash. So any handset that doesn't meet this requirement will not be able to stream it.

  • my samsung galaxy ace wont connect to ma wifi but it comes up with the router i connect to it then it says deacctivated

  • @joshuargondy Hi There, are you able to connect any other devices to your wireless network? Try switching WiFi off then on and reconnecting to your network while double checking the password as you type it in.

  • @O2GuruTV yeah my ipod and laptop connect to it aswell as my sisters and ive put the password in so many times so im not sure what to do

  • @joshuargondy If other devices can connect to your wireless network then the issue must be with the handset. Is your software up to date? You can check this by dialling *#1234# from your keypad. Have you also tried a hard reset on the device? Remember to back everything up before performing these steps - Press and hold HOME + POWER/LOCK buttons together.

  • My parents have just bought their first smart phones from an O2 Shop and have chosen this model. Your website advertises that the BBC iPlayer is a feature and yet this appears to not be so which is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Please advise.

  • @SuperDuperUberTuber Hi There, I've tried to access the iPlayer on one of our devices here and can confirm the handset is not compatible. The handset cannot power flash to run the iPlayer. If your parents want to take their handsets back to the store they guys will give them advice on what to do. Regarding the website, I want to feed this back but can't seem to find where iPlayer is listed as a feature. Can you mail me a link to where you are viewing this please? Many Thanks.

  • @O2GuruTV Hi. Thanks for replying. The link turns up third in Google if you search for the Phone Model and O2. It's a "Coming Soon" description. I suppose Samsung stated PRE-release that this was definitely going to be included - which is really rough for people who pre-ordered. Is there any way it could be added in the future and is it the BBC or is it Samsung who would have the power to change things ?

  • @SuperDuperUberTuber Ah right. Samsung may have stated that it would be compatible before the final release but it definitely does not work on the Ace. We tested it today. As for the power to change this, it would be Samsung. A software update could potentially enable it to be used. The internal memory on the Ace is 158MB. The Galaxy S II has up to 16GB. Apps can be saved and ran from the SD card and yes the Amazon Kindle app does work on the Ace. :)

  • @O2GuruTV Oh very interesting that it's SAMSUNG not the Beeb that have held this back. Are any other TV services available ? Is the barrier that Flash 10.3 is needed and this phone won't run that and won't ever be able to ?

GREAT to hear that the Kindle App will work. I'd be VERY VERY interested in that as well as any other eReaders or apps for viewing PDFs and comics. This is the first Smart Phone I have seen and I'm really interested in finding out more about it AND Android Tablets.

  • @SuperDuperUberTuber Yes, the barrier we came across when testing the device was the inability to download the version of flash that is need to run the iPlayer.

  • This is a second message. I tried to post the URL but YouTube is blocking it.

Is it true that this phone only has 185MB of internal space (compared to 16,000ish on the Galaxy S 2) and that most apps HAVE to be stored and run from THERE and NOT an SD card in order to function properly.

Will the Amazon Kindle Android app work on it ?

  • is it free?

  • @iDmxEoiin Setting up WiFi is free. O2 do not charge you for using WiFi. :)

  • yes i can see the word scanning.. i just bought this phone yesterday and everything is ok. i can connect to my wifi. but now i can't.

  • @angkoljr - So while it's scanning do any networks appear?

  • @O2GuruTV there's none at all. as in nothing. -_- i just tried it now. still won't work.

  • @angkoljr Ok. Do you know where your closest wifi hotspot is? If no networks are showing at all then you may want to test it at different location. You could always pop into an O2 store, our gurus can have a look at it for you and scan for the wifi in store?

  • @O2GuruTV now its fix. i just have one question.. can u help me how to add photo to a contact?

  • i got a problem with my SGA. at first i was able to connect to my home wifi. but i accidentally click the name of my wifi and click the FORGET.. and now i cannot connect or even scan my wifi. anyone know how to reconnect it?

  • @angkoljr Have you tried rebooting the device? Have you also tried switching wifi off then back on again? You can do this by going to settings - wireless and network - wifi settings - tap wifi. Toggle wifi on and off and then check the wifi network list to see if your network shows up. Forgetting the network only tells the device to forget that it was connected to that network previously so it shouldn't prevent you from searching and adding it again.

  • @O2GuruTV sir, yes i have done it a couple of times. i also take off the battery and wait for a minute to put it back again and turn it on. i also switch it on and off. but there is nothing i can see only add network. nothing else. that's is why i was wondering what's wrong with my phone. =(

  • @angkoljr When you toggle the wifi on and off look at the bottom where it says wifi networks on a grey bar. When you toggle it on "Scanning" should appear at the right hand side of the bar. Does this happen on your device?

  • When i Switch on Wifi, the phone says : Mobile is currently not available, please try again later!! Pls help

  • @Rattrap767 Does this happen every time you switch wifi on? Has it ever worked for you before?

  • @O2GuruTV Yes it does happen everytime i switch the wifi on.. And when i connect to the network, i cant browse the internet

  • @Rattrap767 Are you getting the option to put in your wifi network password? If so have you checked it is the correct password you are using?

  • you can see videos on youtube?

    how???

  • can browse the inet for about 10 minutes, after that time get kicked from network from some reason :s

at least on android OS's factory settings in europe
