The woman on the right in the photograph was a patient in Adelina Patti's bedroom when it was a sanatorium. One night she was accused of "dressing-up" and pretending to be a ghost and frightening the children in the nearby ward. But she said she never moved from her bed though she does recall on that particular night that the door to the bedroom which was permanently open suddenly closed of its own accord Castle... ( I am writing a history of the childrens santorium)
Interesting, thanks for sharing. I've always been fascinated about these historical events. It almost seems that there were more haunting souls back then than now. I wonder why? You have any clues? It seems the people that die so brutally, their souls never leave earth. What is it that makes one soul go to heaven and one not? Why would any soul want to remain on earth? What exactly happened in this castle?
