How do you get this up? I take it the arcade version doesn't have the song? The background is familliar though - I'm quite intrigued about this steak/fries tragedy.

The arcade version does have this and all the other songs. However - if memory serves - only the ROTD characters' songs are available if you have an ordinary non-Japanese BIOS on your Neo-Geo. Why they would deny access to most of the music outside Japan is beyond be.

Anyway, as far as I remember, this stupidity can be bypassed with an ordinary Japanese BIOS, and definitely with the UNIVERSE BIOS.

tl;dr: soft dip (from test menu) the region into USA through your emulator -> get music
