Got the Hero HD myself, but i have a little problem...maybe u can help...
How can u edit (add music, cut etc), in the MP4 format?
If i convert it in MPEG, or other, i loose much Quality...

How did you make the 'head strap' stay stable on your foot/ankle?

@S2Kwerty HI, I had the helmet strap around my foot inside the trainer and then placed the tongue of the trainer under it (btwn my foot & strap). A little fiddly but atleast I could relax it was not going to come off as it was IN my trainer. The strap was just long enough to be able to do it.
Next time, I plan to use cable ties and thread it through the base of the camera holder and through the shoeholes. Hope that helps!! :)
