hey a tip for the sound... if you throw some cotton balls in there and close it it will dampen the unwanted noise a bit... and it will sound a little better cuz the cotton balls act as a filter for static and stuff... it worked for me if u wanna try it

@bpkicker18 ha dont worry may sound stupid but i wear a bandanna so my team spotts me and i just tapeed it securely into the bandanna and cut a hole for the lens and it works suprisingly well

at 6:22 those guys didn't see it coming. I love bunkering people, one time a skirmish my friend and I took out the entire time together they had no idea what hit them, they would turn around but we would alreay b gone fucking up the rest of their team. anyway thanks for the tips I will def try them out.

this particular camera is not designed for paintball. The tachyon XC, which is a different camera, comes with a side mount that is specially designed for side mounting on paintball masks.

Ya I was really rushing it there so thats why I kinda said kinda a lot lol. Ramping is a mode where you can fire a higher rate of bps, even though your trigger may not be moving that fast

i alse have the atc-2k .but i use a 20 mm rail on the mask (scrw on the side),and use a Quick Release mount 20 mm  too so that way i can go from the mask to the gun mount .that the best cam to play paintball (fot the price )

and thanks for the tip about the mic.(out of the box mic sucks )

Yes the gun mount is another great way of attaching the cam. We actually did a gun mount to a modded A-5 this year which turned out great because you can see a sweet line of paintballs

Nice way to mount this camera (I have the ATC2K as well). However, at 3:09 you discuss the sound quality (which is atrocious). The O-rings near the batteries have little to do with sound quality, though. The microphone is actually behind a rubber membrane on the bottom front of the unit (underneath the plastic "stand"). Remove the stand, take out the membrane, and replace the stand ... you'll have much better sound quality afterwards. There are sites that explain how to do this in detail.

You could try it, but even duct tape comes un-done after a while, and then your viewing angle would start mess up. Plus if you keep taking it off and on, you would need new tape every time. How big is your flip camera, is it heavy?

Nice throw...I've got the same cam and am looking to do some filming over the summer in Oz. Look out for them early next year.
