@915olivares1 I usually eat the same things everyday. Eggs and sausage for breakfast then chicken breasts, protein shakes, fish, lean beef, mixed nuts and assorted veggies throughout the day. I'll make a nutrition vid in the future :)
@metalpersonthing You can get kettlebells for about $1.25 per pound. You should invest in some or ask someone to gift them to you. Until you get some you can use dumbbells for all of the other exercises except the "King King" exercise. There are >81 workout videos on my channel. With about half of the exercises shown in the videos you won't need any equipment at all.
