Yes they do, and sir, I used to be dirt poor. But me and my family took major risks in order for that to go away. I lived with a family of 5 making less than 18,000 a year. That is poor. The working poor can take those risks as well, and if they decided t be competitive, instead of settling for what they have, they would succeed. Now, I know that for that to happen to 100% of the poor is impossible, but you should always remember that people like me will help them if they help themselves.
