@lpoland1000 If you're talking about dogs vs dogs, yes staffys love play fighting but mine too often gets into a real fight and won't back down. If you're talking about dog vs human than no, well mine doesn't hurt me, she does get carried away sometimes but you can feel the "family" sensation in the way she's playing. They won't try to hurt you.

@harryalexander991 Yeah I know. My uncle just bought a staffy right before christmas. He's a awesome dog, but he still hasn't been trained yet. So he still likes to use his mouth to play. He still likes to bite onto our coats like we're tug a war toys!

The Mum looks almost exactly like our Staffy Tonks. Her black patch on her eye comes slightly further down her muzzle but other than that they could be twins!

I have an american staffy and she is sensational. Such a strong but loyal, loving personality. I remember her as a puppy that used to sleep on my neck until she got bigger. Now has her own couch just outside the bedroom. Great dogs that need to be better understood by society.

sleeping on your neck must be a staffy thing.we got our pup 5 weeks ago and she started sleeping in between us cos she really hates the cold lol.shes getting bigger now though so shes gonna have to sleep in her own bed soon lol.i agree with what you say about them being misunderstood they are really loving and playful and really easy to train.brilliant dogs.

my brother has a staffy/pitbull, if my brothers son is in the lounge room my brother will walk to the kitchen, and the staffy will sit next his son and gaurd till he comes back, these dogs are extremely loyal if grown up in the right enviroment

You do know that putting a dog on lead is wrong? When you put a dog on lead, it's the same as assigning him as leader of the pack (alpha). Dogs should never be given any reason to believe that they are alpha.
