The American buyer is completely to blame. Did these "wise investors" ever take the time to watch one of these drafty little sub-standart shacks while it was under construction? Thrown together by 2X4s and 4X4s in a matter of a few days. But the wise consumer agrees to pay half-a-million for one of these crackerboxes ? ? ? Stupidity has ist consequences.
