I had to shush a young woman sitting behind me at a local production of Rabbit Hole who from the opening scene brought out a box of candy that rattled throughout the first act! I should have moved over to the other empty seats next to me but hoped that she would finish the candy quickly. It went on for the whole act when I finally turned around and said "Could you please stop doing that. Christ!" Not entirely convincing as she probably wondered what I meant by "that"
I had a blinddate whose stomach was making noises...and this was the ballet. imagine.
