I need some tips on fable 2! How come my guy's face has some dark/dirt or he just looks ugly/old? Do you have to sleep everyday? Do you have to eat everyday? Please answer, I'm really new at this. Just started playing yesterday.

i have to say, combat-wise, fable 1 wins because its more of a challenge, but story-wise, fable 2 crushes fable 1, in fable 1 i din't know what the whole story was until the middle of the main quest, and even then it was still pretty boring, fable 2's story is one of the best ever

i think i have to agree Fable 2 was slightly better than fable 3, but 1 omg it beats all if they frikin remade it? i mean with new dx11 graphics, made world slightly bigger(added some new quests/side quests and main story line quests) and improved boss fights even though they are frikin awesome even without an update..imagine it would be best game ever :D

The thing is, I love this game, and i have loved fable 1 since i was in fourth or third grade. and im a girl btw. It's just that, unlike other video games, it has a storyline, and as you play the game, you meet old friends, and grieve over lost ones, and you chose whether you save yourself, or save the world.

THE BEST GAME EVER. I LOVE FABLE.

Man, in my opinion i thought the graphics of this fable was better than fable 3, yeah fable 3's graphics were i guess more detailed but in general the colors and the angles of the light when you turned the camera made the game look so badass

Fable 1 was amazing Fable 2 was amazing but the story line wasn't nearly as good, I think the only reason I liked Fable 3 was because it's in the fable series so it's automatically awesome in my eyes.

The only thing I wasn't thrilled with is how the second one is 500 years into the future. I like playing games that are in medieval times. But it is a very interesting concept, I guess.

I got this game, but I can't sleep in the game, it says "You can't sleep with the alarm bell ringing the guards will catch you if you do". I've already did a community service for my crimes, and then attacked a guard so I could pay him 250 gold, but it still says that... How come ?

As a huge fan of the original (and TLC specifically), I was looking forward to this from the moment it was announced and was unable to get it until not that far back (took me that long to get a 360). I adore the game, and it is an amazing to experience a new Fable, but I will admit that it somewhat lacks in comparison to the original. It feels smaller, shorter, and a bit rushed. It has a lot of bugs, too. Even so. A new Fable after all that time? A purchase I will never regret.

If they have released Fable 2 for X Box 360 only, then they should NOT... have released Fable 3 on the PC!!

On the other hand, since they do have Fable 3 on PC, then they SHOULD have had Fable 2 available for the PC too.

As it is right now, It's just not right at all, and the story just does NOT make any sense to me!! :-(

I don't get Fable. It's so hard to follow and when you finish the main quest (by accident, I thought I was on a side quest) the game ends. I hope 2 and 3 are better in letting you keep playing after main quest ends.
