  • head ported at all? Also is the tranny built at all? How is it holding up (the transmission) under the 400hp? My goal for my vrt is 400hp before I build the motor and tranny. I wanna get one summer out of it at 400hp before I'm ready to completely build it up.

  • How was it fitting the SPA intake in there? Did you have to remove anything?

  • NOt impressed with the numbers it put down. And more than likely would really not be impressed with the slow times it would run down the track.

    Corrado = Waste of Money.

  • What compression ratio? What cams? Stock head?

  • Mindelheim =)

  • love ur car

  • you widend the arches on that? looks nice.

  • to bad the corrado isant awd...then it would be a true beast...

  • someone injected a high dose of beast into this car :D

  • Beautiful!

  • sehr sehr sehr schöne arbeit echt HAMMA!!

bitte kannst mir sagen was des fürn schwarz is genau pls THX VW<3

  • sick corrado!

  • is this motor built, or is it just a headgasket spacer. I am looking at putting a 12v vr6 into my a4, and trying to figure out how much hp the stock internals with dropped compression can take.

  • i heard anywhere between 300- 370whp

  • There are many Turbo VR6's putting out 400whp with head studs & bolts and a headgasket spacer.

  • awesome! That is why its such an attractive swap for us quattro guys. That kind of horsepower on a popular and cheap engine is awesome. Plus the sound cant be beat!

  • A VRT in your A4 would be insane. I'm in love with the USP S4.

  • well i do believe the mark4 12v vr6 can handle about 300 or so at the crank and i think thats without a head spacer

  • i have no issues keeping my fleet of audis running and driving, and I love how much cheap hp can be made with the vr6. to each his own.

  • You should look into a 1.8t out of a MK4 gti. Not sure if the 1.8t is the same motor as the Audi ones, but they are lighter, 4 cylinders, easy on gas, and can be faster tuned properly.

  • my a4 already has an AEB 1.8t which is the best 1.8t offered (same as some mk4's) It has a gt28rs turbo and makes about 300hp. I still like the powerband of a larger motor like the vr6, and I like the unique factor of putting it into a quattro. I am bored with the 1.8t anyways.

  • Meh. Sounds like you have money to spend. Why not get a MK1 gti and throw a 1.8t or VR6 in that? :D

  • not really, i fix and sell a lot of cars to support my own projects and work full time on top of it. I worked hard for the crappy fleet of cars that I have. As for the mk1, i cant stand front wheel drive combined with high horsepower, its a waste.

  • LOL. Ever look into a Corrado, with an Audi A3 motor swap? :D

  • LOL 1.8t is heavy on gas if ur running high boost any t/c car is expensive on gas, best setup for vw is vr6 with audi tt turbo kit

  • Great engines if you know how they're designed.

  • you can cram a VR into an A4 now. 034efi makes a kit for it.

  • nice

  • vr6 is a great engine idk what ur talking about. ya there heavy and can break easy, but no engine in my opinion can sound as good,

  • Wow this thing is so clean...Nice deep dish wheels those are sweet

  • wow nice sounbd and clean body

would like standing next to it at the traffic lights ;-)

  • I have a Bosch 040 inline pump, and i plan to get 630cc injectors. Money wise? maybe 10k for everthing that was added to the motor/trans/body.. Vr6 raddos go for about 3500-6000 depending on condition.. im selling a 92 vr with 104k miles for 3500

  • What are the VR6 corrados going for these days? I've been keeping my eyes open for a SC, but after seeing this video, I might just have to reconcider.

  • how much money did u put into that? I want my rado to be like that XD

  • fat 'rrado :)

  • Nice car! Get some 550cc's on it and you will break 500 easy.......

  • took a while for that big ass turbo to spool up....nice numbers!

  • where did you mount the intercooler? there's not enough air flow in the front for a front mount on stock rado bumpers =S

  • you got a lot left to go on that turbo man...upgrade your fueling!!!

  • its in the front, slanted to fit, oh there is enough flow, bc this car is a fuckin beast

  • more fuel is the way to go =\ wat pump u have ??? walbro?

  • hey its been a few months hows the engine holding up? anything blow up burn a hole or some random thing happen yet? new improvements mabye?

  • It doing good now i have H beam rods in it. other than that, its the same.. im planning to upgrade to the 630cc file

  • Very nice... what kind of wheels are you running?

  • 17x9 Fk Edition wheels, black centers. and 245.35.17 tires

  • you must be getting iffy on 440's

  • 440's should be ok up to roughly 520hp on 85% duty. With good cooling etc.

  • was that a switch over i hear?

  • what do you mean????

  • sounds like the variable intake manifold switch over between 1:40 seconds and 1:45 seconds

  • oh.. thats just boost kickin in and the wastegate dump.. theres no variable intake on this..

  • corrados are so sexy i hope to own one too

  • badass man

  • wow

  • sick
