It seems that the "morally and culturally sensitive" communist Lao government approves polygamy. What happens to the real Lao culture Pua Neung Mia Dio (One husband /One wife). Should I call the Lao minister of Information and Culture to verify if in fact polygamy is legal in Laos. If it is, then gay marriage should be totally and no doubt legal.
