It's OBVIOUSLY amid at motorcyclists who drive carelessly. "THINK!" does PSAs for all kinds of things related to driving/riding aimed at EVERYONE.

The U.S. is one of the safest places in the world to ride motorcycles because of our relative low population density compared to other countries, but our VERY horrible drives AND riders negate this advantage.
