This is a fun workout because it pairs people up to work together and it's all body weight exercises. Not for Hypertrophy, but great for overall conditioning. I can scale this from 10 to 20 minutes and then add in other circuits to make a full class. Hope this helps.
I have seen both terms used. From may experience, "ladders" is used when you start at 1 rep and work your way "up". Pyramids is used when you start at 9 reps and work your way down to 1 rep. Thanks for your comment.

This looks really good. One question; why 9 reps? How does this relate to industry recommended rep ranges for strenght/hypertrophy/endurance?
