Cute! I liked it. Nice camera work, and the doppleganger effects were seamless. One thing though: the Earth rotation thing doesn't make sense, because the Earth is also orbiting the Sun, so he would end up in space or in the planet's core, depending on where he is on the globe. Also, why couldn't he go back further in time, so he didn't have to run?
@finitefilms Ah, we see the 12:07 jump twice, once from each perspective. The only detracting thing from that is his character still barges through the side door despite 'having all the information'. Seems air tight the more I think about it though.

Sorry, but it is not like Primer. This has a lot of plot holes when examined closely.I did enjoy the film. Why would he get back in the box? Howard would be arrested for the murder. Its an enjoyable mess. I would like to see the writer try to defend himself. A good first effort though. Keep at it.

Primers is bunch of pretentious jibberish that pretends to think its smart and intellectual, but its really just a poorly written story that was told in a horrible manner. This simple short film has superior consistency and makes sense!!!

This was cool but the usual nitpicks come up , why is the earth rotation the only displacement factored in? Shouldn't the motion of the earth's revolution around the sun, the revolution of the Solar system around the galactic centre and motion of the galaxy be factored in as well?
How is he so lucky that he hasn't materialized in a wall or an SUV or something?

@ImpatientAssassin He has knowledge of a future where someone gets shot and because no one is dead yet in his present so he thinks it's him that gets shot. In a instinctual reaction he shoots the other him but this act is what led to the first guy dying anyway so he doesn't actual change anything and, in fact, keeps the whole time travel thing consistent.
