  • What evidence do they have that DHS is imprisoning women and children in there?

  • pls americans be rational all, people are creted in the image of God and they are brathers and sisters from.some where in the mather land. No one leave his own country without problem; and they went to america believing(thinking) that SU is best places for human right. So, just leave these enocent people.

  • One hour of education and one hour of recreation? Woah, what do they do with all that extra time closed off from the world?

Looks to me like either they are brainwashing them, especially the very young children, or they plan on using the families for slave labor.

  • I think that children should be treated as children, although children should also have active parents that participate in their children's lives. I do believe that we put too many people and children in prison, although if you really study the statistics you will see a different view. You will see that we have a very violent society. The issue is not immigrants. It is about law and order. I have sympathy children, but not criminals.

  • thats right trabalengua good nick name otorino naring golojia

  • yep we need to rush this bullshit with a thousand, ten thousand people and cut down the fences, break these kids out. they did it in australia at woomera and we can do it here.

  • They are armed and they WILL shoot you.

They won't feel guilt, they are "following orders".

  • You should put more tags on this.

  • Rush that fuckin concentration camp and free all those people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This shit is fucked up, especially in the U.S!

  • damn thats fucked up. it's like a concentration camp for immigrants. pretty soon theyre gonna want to put all latinos in one.

  • They already have these concentration camps all over US for immigrants. People with even minor misdemeanor offenses, like verbal argument with wife, can be indefinitely detained and permanently seperated from their family and community. Check this websites: immigrantsunited dot com; familiesforfreedom dot org

  • Long-term lawful permanent residents (green card holders), asylum holders, even members of the United States Armed forces can also be detained and deported away from their families and communities under 1996 Delegalization/Deportation laws.

  • I have recently found out from an Immigration Defense Attorney in NY that when ICE deports asylum holders they also send records to receiving country, which holds information that the person was granted asylum in US.

  • I am also curious, what is the Congress doing passing harsh anti-terrorism laws against immigrants in 1996, almost 6 years before 9-11. These laws were passed at 1 year anniversary of Okalahoma bombing. But that was done by US born, white, military veteran. He was not even an immigrant.

  • Justice Kennedy recently said immigration detention is civil and not criminal, and it should be narrow and non-punitive. And surprisingly the majority in Demore v. Kim said, it should not take more then a month for an individual to fight his immigration case and if a person decides to appeal it should not take more then 5 months. However, it's quiet the opposite. Most detainees end up in indefinite detention and may end up incarcerated for years.

  • Glad to see we are actually rounding ALL of these illegals up regardless of age. I too am upset we are storing them at a COST TO ME. But, I much prefer to pay 95 a day than to have them running loose. Hopefully those on the other side of the fence will get the word, cross the line and WE WILL LOCK YOU UP regardless of gender or age. NO DUE PROCESS FOR ILLEGALS, GO HOME !!!

  • usatracy, you are one of the most selfish, uncompassionate and mean-spirited posters I've seen at YouTube.

That kind of selfishness and insensitivity, particularly when it comes to the plight of innocent children, is indicative of the sick state of American society today, and a reminder that it's not just the country's leaders who are the problem.

  • Hey, this is indigenous land. LOL.

    who's the illegal, pilgram?

  • Muy impresionante Jesse, es increíble que existan estas cosas todavía!

  • The US detains 29,000 people a day. Costing about $95/day/person, detention budgets have skyrocketed in the past decade. But detention has failed to deter people from entering or staying in the US without status. Migration is driven by complex factors, including economic injustice and human rights violations that force people to seek better, safer lives. Many people in detention have no access to lawyers, are detained far from family, and have no right to see a judge or be released on bond.

  • It is disgusting what governmental mentality and indiference may result in. In carrying out the "law" they break all human moral values. Abominable.

  • This is FUC**D up. Not in my country... Not in America. We should not stand for this, no matter who it is inside.

  • Wow, thanks for sharing. Heartbreaking.

  • I am a Taylor resident and never knew of this until after the Christmas Eve protest. Since then, I have printed out flyers and speak to every person I meet about this.

Thank you so very much for bringing this issue to the public attention and to those of us who live here.

    It is deplorable.

  • Unbelievable!
