  • Ok now close the trunk.

  • volvo would kill in this lame competition

  • So the Asians all went back to the gooseneck hinges, why? Honestly if the box of toilet paper or cup noodles don't fit in the trunk, just put it in the back seat or make someone hold it, if they complain they shouldn't be traveling with you to the store anyway!

  • Take a look at the TP loaded into the Camry. Yes they fit into the trunk BUT the package is right below the trunk arm with no room to spare. And ofcourse he doesn't dare to close that trunk lid because it's obvious that the TP would have been smashed.

  • CUP NEEDLES!!!

  • Can't fit in the trunk, put it in the backseat. haha.

  • @PuppetKing I agree. the only prob is that if u have 5 people with you it could be a problem. When my mom has to buy a lot of food and she runs out of room in her car, she puts it in the backseat.

  • Yes, but can you close your trunk?

  • What a great idea to test the trunk space of these sedans. I drive a 2008 Chevy Impala, and it's huge trunk (over 18 cubic feet) is one of the things that I love about the car. The rear seats fold down too, which comes in really handy to put my bike in the back. If I was going to choose one of these sedans, I'd probably choose the Fusion or Malibu.

  • why dont car companys get rid of the old trunk arms and do wht the mazada does? the gas spring...makes more sense for trunk space DUH!

  • he discriminates the Chinese noodles

  • I could have squeezed the cup o' noodles in the Malibu, their was a space near the opening of the trunk.

  • David Thomas has a shitty taste in food.

  • WHAT? THE CAR WITH THE MOST CARGO ROOM FIT THE MOST ITEMS?? SHOCKING!!! please carscom, do a real test

  • super corny ending lol

  • theres a huge space in the malibu, at least 1 of those thing could fit in there. bad test

  • overall, either mazda 6 or hyundai sonata. they look good, have nice interiors, power, ride, and they look more expensive then they are

  • if i ran out of room in the trunk i'd use the whole back seat

  • woah you really load all that stuff about seven times

I'm getting tired just to watch it lol

  • @seauryakumar yeah but I make the rest of the guys unload everything ;) You can't really do a lot of takes though ;)

  • @frank55656 Hesitant to add this, but I must: Especially when 16.3 fit everything with room to spare too.

  • Yankee chicks have too much "Junk in the Trunk"

  • @frank55656 Easily the funniest thing I've read all day

  • feel sorry for you... packing and unpacking 8 times... lol

  • Office workers unite!

  • tarus would have killed all of them on trunk space

  • why didn't you pack the bigger items

  • I wanted to see all the trunks actually close.

  • That pack of food and other stuff is almost exactly what my mom buys every 2 weeks.

  • Good experiement!

  • im impressed y the Camry and Hyundais trunk space

  • why the fuck is the cup of noodles never fitting? wtf

  • This was incredibly boring and you didn't even try so hard with organizing.

  • this is a way better test.. because it is just soooo pointless to know the 0-60 times on these cars... whats even more retarded is when they do speed test on minivans!! who cares how fast a grand caravan goes around a slalom !!

  • @mellowdalyricist Hopefully that good stuff will come along later this week or two. Carscom figured they'd space this competition to get our interest up, I think.

  • the chevy impala could swallow twice that......the trunk is MASSIVE!!

  • As you can see...

  • I'll take the Hyundai Sonato 2.0T over any of those cars when it comes out. Screw Honda, Toyota, and Mazda. Low quality pieces of shit. Suzuki good job with the Kazashi. And Ford ehh not a big fan of Ford.

    GO HYUNDAI!

  • @thuglife4ever721 i wouldnt trust a suzuki, my dad just bought one a couple months ago and it is sitting in our garage, not moving,

  • Sedans are useless, buy a wagon.

  • @canuck123chucknorris wagons are ugly, buy a sedan

  • truck is still better and you can buy a refrigerator and bring it home too :)

  • hmmmm y is it always the cup a noodles left

  • @cladimere Yea, Nationalist, Yea that is it. I just point out what I see. I see a idiot packing a trunk. You wouldn't have a clue who I am. That is right I REALLY LOVE AMERICA sure. Thats it. You know everything through a line of electrons that run to you computer.

  • Out of all of them I would consider the Hyundai Sonata, Honda Accord and Ford Fusion if I were in the market for a family sedan.

  • I could have made all that fit in the FORD, quit putting this stuff in videos on purpose. The American's are the ones that helped kill the American Car.

  • shouldn't large items go in first? This guy doesn't really know how to pack.

But I think I would take the Ford if I was shopping for such a vehicle.

  • Is this ever relevant? I don't imagine most people go grocery shopping with a car full of people so the back seats would be usable right?

  • @decamerondix But think... what if there were 5 people in the passenger areas?

  • @cladimere well, I still think one of them could hold that cup o' noodles box on their lap hehe-honestly I don't think small differences in trunk space should be the main concern when comparing cars in such a highly competitive segment

  • damn..im very surprised the accords trunk is that small....for its size..wonder how it compares to my 90 accords trunk size lol

  • if i needed cargo room id get a wagon... wait i HAVE a wagon!

  • Why is the cup noodles always left behind......

  • is the ford taurus not part of this competition?

  • @07Redstang it's a full size sedan. which i thought the accord was conciderd by the epa to be.

  • i have a 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5SL.....amazing car quality and tons of room for a 4 person family.....love it!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @nitro2050 now i love the altima im looking into one quite soon is it also fun to drive?

  • @batsain..its is amazing. If your a sportier guy, all the altimas have a CVT transmission with manual mode. If you have a small family and go on long drives, the altima never upsets and has amazing MPG on the highway!

  • @frank55656 shape not shap

  • @frank55656 its the packaging in the trunk. shap and whatnot

  • Suzuki Kizashi? Never heard of it.
