a program called any video converter is awesome You can drag 1 or 200 videos or songs and conver them into flash flv files for portable devices. I hate converters that do 1 file at a time and u gotta sit there slowly adding. with the any video converter they can be converting tonns of files while ur at work
@RJoey96 Hi. Everything depends on the source file parameters. If it's not HD, then it is not possible to create HD video out of it. If it's HD, then you need to set output parameters close to the original file (in AVS Video Converter you'll need to click Advanced - Conversion Options to see the input/output file parameters).
could I have a free version of the avs editor without the watermark so I can see how it is full and maybe put up some guides on it, then I can give you some feedback
@thecomputerperson2 Actually, the watermark is the only limitation of the non-activated version of the program. The only way to get rid of it is to register the software at:

@CraCkUrSoftWaRe Hi. Originally the video was developed for the player located on our website which has the maximum resolution of 480p. However, we've already passed this suggestion to the person in charge.
@aliawesome12fab Hi. If you have technical questions, you can contact AVS4YOU Support Team directly at support.avs4you.com/Support.aspx When submitting the message, describe the problem you met in details so that the Support Team was able to assist you.
The question is this: What kind of degradation to the video is there when you convert it through this software? What bit-rate does the encoding take place with?
I am considering this software for converting .MOD files from my crappy JVC camera so I can import them in FCP and edit. If I convert to .mov, I can import that format. How bad or good will the new converted files be?
@MichaelNJ853 In, fact, you can try AVS software for free, to find out, whether that meets your need.
The output file quality directly depends upon your input file. If you want to keep HD quality, choose one of the HD presets for the conversion. As for the bitrate, you can change it manually.
I should also say, that you can edit MOD file with AVS Video Editor without any conversion, as MOD files, as wel las other HD formats are supported by AVS software.
its funny how he shows us how to change it to hd and his isnt!
