i'm totally not lying here but i beat the game with a game gene when i was a kid on hardest perfect every round and after you beat bison instead of going to the end of the game it shows the black screen with bisons face where he's defeated .. this can't happen in the game normally because you can't play bison .. then you fight on that thing that looks like a bell in the back ground of bisons level you can play like one round before the game glitches out and it's all discolored
The big thing about the "full perfect" rounds is the ability to avoid the energy attacks. Honestly i think this isnt so much a fantastic player but an AI based on the same engine as the game, but with tweaks, to help it avoid the nrg dmg, and the game setting on a lower skill level than the "screen" game.
You're over thinking this one. Which is more feasible: Some sort of specially modified A.I. created for the purpose of this video, or a skilled/experienced player?
Any how you put this on the hardest difficulty there would be no way you could get away with half the stuff you're doing. Hundred handslap done too close to an enemy will get you thrown so easily. Not to mention the sumo headbutt done on Blanka during his electricity attack would not be effective as it is here. Still good though.

biggest example of it would be @3:25 when he's fighting dhalsim. He blocks, but it should have taken a little bit of his hp if he was on hardest difficulty.
Not that familiar with SFII? It's pretty well known that ordinary moves don't do damage if blocked. That only applies to special moves like hadokens, hundred hand slaps, etc. Dhalsim's slide is just down and a kick button.
I think he really did finish this on hardest difficulty. If you notice, he has a specific pattern for each char he fights, and he plays both rounds exactly the same. He's just taking advantage of the AI in the game. It's the same like Street Fighter 4. Use ken, and once you land a tatsumaki on Seth, you cross him up and repeat till you get a perfect. It can be done if you can remember the patterns of each character.
hold back for like 2 seconds then hit front and punch at the same time, that's how it works on the genesis version if you have the nintendo version then idk.
What everybody else said, all your videos are total bullshit. This is definitely not the hardest difficulty. The A.I seems to have the IQ of a rock and they get dropped in like 3-4 hits.

I have this game that was NOT the hardest difficulty at all. Also I think you cheated and did something that made the hits be worth more because the stuff you were doing and the damage you were getting do not match up with the real game I own.

Champion Edition is harder and plus the damage level is low, but it has much better graphics the world warriors. I played world warriors on arcade version before and its easier than Champion Edition.
Do you delete every comment that mentions you play tool-assisted? In SF2, the cpu reads your button presses in order to counter your attacks. It learns your tactics basically. The fact that you do the same thing over and over is the tip-off to your usage of save states.
If you're saying that with a strait face then I know you've never played Street Fighter II. Not Champion Edition, Turbo, Super, Super Turbo, HD -- just plain Street Fighter II. Over the course of the revisions all of the individual hits from all characters where nerfed down a lot. The original game had some normals doing 20-25% damage bar a wallop, with specials doing as much as some ultra moves in SFIV do today.

It's tool-assisted clearly, which I don't think has anything to do with the dmg output but it certainly is killing the opponents much faster.

If you're saying that with a strait face then I know you've never played Street Fighter II. Not Champion Edition, Turbo, Super, Super Turbo, HD -- just plain Street Fighter II. Over the course of the revisions all of the individual hits from all characters where nerfed down a lot. The original game had some normals doing 20-25% damage bar a wallop, with specials doing as much as some ultra moves in SFIV do today.

the SNES hard drive is pathetically primitive; 16 bit version Street Fighter games follow a pre-set pattern, that this guy obviously has memorized. Its only from the PS1 era onward, that the hard drive of consoles was powerful enough to more or less mimick human player behavior, the programming code was finally perfected with SF III, which, many SF fans say it mimicks human opponents TOO well, people complained about the difficulty, especially fighting Gill.

To put it simply;
1) The SNES and Genesis were "retards," while arcade boards were "smarter."
2) The PS1 was slightly smarter, hell the only reason people bought PS1's was to play 2D fighters for cheaper than what they cost on a Neo Geo.
3) Finally, the Dreamcast, had the "brain power" necessary to mimick a human player.
As consoles got "smarter," the A.I. slowly got more and more formidable.
The SNES is a dumbfuck though; it can't adapt.

This is complete shyte, does the hundred hand slap really do nearly half damage against blankas cannon ball - does it fuck!!! Also when blocking the hundred hand slap it does a third damage whilst blocking!!! Why post crap videos? If you cant do things properly dont bother you retard.
