I have been to this cemetary a million times . I have also been all through that whole CREEPY park.We got lost once and stumbled on to a very scary abandoned shack, and there is another graveyard. We used to go there by the playground and park to watch meteor showers because it is so dark and quiet. Never saw anything the whole place just has an eery feeling to it.
i too have been here and i must say it was very unnerving being there at night. especially when farther down the road on a path that leads to a run down shacck that is so quiet u could hear a mouse fart. i also hunt the forestry and i know there are a thousand of these cemterys throughout the backwoods of indiana some that arent even on the map. try happening on one of them by yourself in the wee hours!!!!!
you need to go find baby stepp its about 1 mi on down the road after the road turns to gravel its on the right its hard to spot so drive slow but its real good,

I couldn't find any other graves, We went way back there, and down another washout closer to the front. I couldn't find anything. I'd really love to know if there are any more graves out there. I was kinda creeped out by what was up front. And the best part of the night was scaring the other group that showed up after we did.

Yes this is the REAL stepp Cemetery, there are several other cemetery's named stepp that is spread out in this Forestry. If you look at the front of the cemetery were there are several stones still standing, you will find SEVERAL STEPP family members. Even tho there are only a few still standing due to the idiots who like to vandalize cemeteries it is still STEPP CEMETERY

@KillinTheIndustry umm no actually I just went there that is the realStepp Cemetary that is the exact trail I walked up and i saw Baby Lester's grave and the tree stump and the grave that said never at rest! Right before you enter the grave yard there is a big stone that says Stepp Cemetary Established In The Early 1800's. There are many people burried there with the last name Stepp aswell as Bowman and Hacker,
Yep this is one of my Favorite research areas... Takes me like 30 min to get here but it is usually well worth it. I will be doing a history video here soon using these pics. I will catch something on video or pic, its just a matter of the right time. Thanks for the interest
