I've spent the last 14 years on the computer. And there still are non internet ways to make the computer to go faster. Try bringing up the msconfig, regedit and .ini modifying ways ^^
just buy an alienware. like i did :D

Basic stuff that you don't have to download.. All that shows everything that you don't need to go online to do (besides the drivers..)
And not everyone spends 100 hours on the computer (I do)

Go to All Programs, Acessories, find Command Promt, and type in dxdiag and hit enter. It works almost like the "Run" part.
