@alexxlively well dumbass, its physics. during a clothesline, the person is on their feet, meaning that gravity does the work due to the guy losing his balance by force. during the fu, cena drops them on their back, therfore their spine , which is a very sensitive area. combine that with the fact that cena is dropping them at the force of gravity multiplied with the force he's inputing which is about 1000 pounds of force it creates more momentum & impact than a clothesline would.
