It's quite rich at first listen... but for a lot of musical artists even some of the best....the music of a "single" is often more accessible to the popular public than some other songs in an album (whatever is the name of the musical artists) ... but here unfortunately Nicole universe is potentially too complex and opaque for the masses...

Shooting this must've been refreshing in the sea at November. I like Vultures because of it's philosophical approach in the story, backgrounded with a melody containing a tension chord and climax. It attaches the listener until the end, still separates this song from mainstream to art and is the perfect entry for her new album. The Mondo Amore album will still surprise the listener very positively because of songs like 'The Tower', 'Cry, Cry, Cry' and 'You Were The Devil'. Comparing Nicole Atki

Nicole is too good a songwriter not to know that the verse melody is simplistic, generic, derivitive--something anyone could write. And that the "chorus" (the Na Na Na) is just soulin' off of that. It's no "Maybe Tonight". We've come to expect another "Wayward Wind" or "Different Strokes". Look 'em up.
