you cant blame zakari for not warming up and running a 100metres full tilt as all us humans long to be just like a cheetah who also doesnt warm up before he goes on his "fastest land animal tilt." Since we mammals like the cheetah we could do the same, run full tilt with no warmup, as it is the first few strides that is the warmup
