@Tibialmario and i replied to that. actually it is run by white ppl if im not wrong. it is to teach coloured kids that no matter how they are put down they can strive and do better. and it isnt only for coloured ppl. its not racist teaching a particular set of ppl about their culture. and fyi there are many stations that focus on 'white ppl'
