  • Liao vs GSP

  • -The style is Southern Six-Harmonies Taizu Longfist. It is a shaolin derivative imported into the south and influenced by hsing-i/bagua and also is the forerunner to a lot of the karate forms that are popular today. Within the next few weeks I will be documenting the style as I teach it as there are very few practitioners of it here in the states. Check back in a few weeks. There used to be a short club form too, but it is extinct unfortunately.

  • This martial art seems great. worth to watch~

  • interesting vid , great Si Fu

  • Wow! Awesome! Does anybody know what style he is practicing? I wanted a learn a style precisely like this one.

  • It's Southern Taizhuquan/Tai Cho Kuen or Great ancestor boxing (like it says in the title). If you like this, your best bet is to find a Wuzhuquan/Ngo Cho Kuen (5 ancestors boxing) school, which will teach Taizhu along with crane, monkey, Lohan and Damo Qigong (indeed, I used to do that 2 man routine in Wuzhuquan).
