This man has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS). I can do alot of that stuff, but not as extreme. I cant help mine, but With practice and training I could prob do it. Most contortionists you see have EDS. Luckily he is musly or he would have spontaneous dislocations. I hate how when my arm hyperextends and people comment that it makes them sick - Most of us cannot help it.
