  • I htought he did it an octave lower 2nd fret B string (5 string)

  • good job man! could you transcribe the tab and send to my e-mail?.. I need it but I can't found it.. thanks!

  • nice job and all but

who the hell sat through this whole thing?

  • I did actually, and it was great.good job!

  • i did, it's great for repetition when you're learning it.

  • nice tone on the bass :)

  • its great expect the only advice i have is turn the knobs on the end a little so you get less fingernail and your finger sliding sound if you know what i mean

  • the way colin actually plays it there is no sliding. (i know this guy isn't playing it the same way). so that would fix it too if he learned the original way it's played.

  • Cool. My brother has that same exact bass. Except the stupid twat left it behind a cupboard for a year & a half uncovered and now it's gone to bass guitar heaven.

  • ahhh thats more like it - all i need is well better than nude anyday, something amazing about that synth bass, even if it a few semitones off on the record.

i particularly love it where the xylophone joins in on verse 2.

    : )

    good job.

  • nice, Can you get Jigsaw falling into place??

I have 2 weeks trying to take it out but it has too many variations...

  • nice bass playing, good job, man.

    do you have that tabs?

  • if you need tabs for this bass line you probably dont play any instruments

  • i agree

  • very true. i don't even consider myself a good bass player and i can figure out probably any song by ear. people need to start trying to figure things out on their own, it's the best way to learn the instrument.

  • i should rephrase my last comment.. it's like this... if you don't have a lot of experience with figuring out a song by ear i would definitely suggest this as a good starting point because it sounds cool but its incredibly simple once you find the first note

  • i'm playing guitar pretty well, not bad i think. i made it by ear, man. but i just wanted to find out how to play it right, and i aint got bass guitar.

  • yea i dont have a bass either. i can't play anything for shit because i just spent a lot of time trying to hear catchy rhythms like this and not figuring out chords or scales or anything... so be sure to learn all that so you don't turn into someone that's been playing guitar for 7 years and doesnt even know all the basic chords like me lol.. but definitely practice playing by ear

  • i'm trying get everything by ear but for more confidence in playing i'm watchin' tabs. but yeah u r right man to be a great player u have to practice. thanks for advise.
