Is it normal for niacin to cause a rash and hives. I took it 300mg of it...I think it was the body defenses cause maybe I was defecient. What do u think also what is good for tension that knot feeling in your back always feel like I need a massage. Great vids by the way.
@superplan89 Hi there! The infamous niacin flush does cause a short term full body flush that can result in itchy skin. But there are 4 reasons why you would break out in hives: 1. allergy to niacin 2. you're interpreting the flush as hives 3. niacin toxicity, too much 4. your deficient and really need it. If the symptom only lasts for about 30 min, then it's the natural niacin flush process. You can also get NO-FLUSH niacin that doesn't give you that flushed itchy feeling. Thanks for watching!
@superplan89 Yes, when taking Niacin there is a what is called the Niacin flush that follows, it usually does not last that long and the harder it hits you, the more you need it. It can result in a temporary rash. You can also get a "no-flush" Niacin. As for tension in your back, the best thing you can do is find emotional and mental balance. Pent up frustration and stress causes knots in your back. Try getting a punching bag or doing physical exercise to reduce stress.
started on a b-vitamin complex 2 weeks ago and i feel a million times better. Better mood, more energy, clearer skin. im very happy! thanks for this video, it was a big help
@calberkeley01 Sometimes you'll notice a mood difference within the same day you take it. It all depends on your body's supply. Your body needs a constant supply of B's to maintain good function. Just keep up with it and you'll see the results right away.
@a19878 It is true that most people are deficient in one or all of the major vitamins. It is something that must always be maintained. Yes, you can take your A's and B's at the same time. I learned this from my research. The internet is full of info. Once you get your basic knowledge about the vitamins, you start learning how they all work together. If you have a question about a vitamin, google it. You'll start learning too! I wish you the best.
@xxnezsaxx! The best supplemental addition to your diet to tackle nervousness is Calcium. Calcium plays an important function of calming and maintaining stability for your nerves. "Calcium is what your nervous system uses to conduct “electricity”, which is why the most common deficiency symptoms are nervous system ones such as depression, weakness, tiredness – like a power failure." Calcium and a good D sup should help with nerve stability. Google, Calcium + Nerves to learn more!
@LivingNowLifeCoach hey what about skin problem i have a little bit of black finger joint my doctor suggest me its cuz of lack of vitamin b complex ??
@ffx178 When I think about skin and joint health I think about, calcium & magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin C. If the joint is turning black, appearing as if it is bruised, then vitamin E should also be added to the list. If I were you I would start taking vitamin C right away, then move on to the calcium/magnesium/vitamin D combo vitamin. I wish you well! Thanks for watching!
