I am surprised a judge would be a minister of a certain religion into a court of law. I'm surprised it was allowed. Morals are always good but preaching a specific choise. I don't recall any disclaimer in the marriage vows that gives a spouse the right to divorce under ANY circumstances. What ever happened to "'Til death do us part?" I'm not hesitant to inform you, that "irreconcilable differences" is NOT found in the Bible as grounds for a divorce. There are NO Biblical grounds for divorce!!!

from what i can see, she and the judge are close friends. the judge can't say the things she'd like to say. I've seen the show, she's very proffesional. When she gives a ruling, she quotes the law, gives her reason, case over. She also wanted to make this particular show an example since she doesn't touch abuse. Another interesting fact. When pants are worn they are associated with men because they are mens apparel. Dresses/skirts are associated with women because they are feminine. Although in Biblical times men wore the long robes, etc. they still wore what are called "breeches" underneath, that is pants. Each instance when "breeches" is spoken of in the Bible it is referring to men.

I am surprised a judge would be a minister of a certain religion into a court of law. I'm surprised it was allowed. Morals are always good but preaching a specific choise. At no time does a man/woman have the right to put their hands on a person. Never. That should be punished and it's obvious that this man thinks he has the right to do that. I don't recall any disclaimer in the marriage vows that gives a spouse the right to divorce under ANY circumstances. What ever happened to "'Til death do us part?" I'm not hesitant to inform you, that "irreconcilable differences" is NOT found in the Bible as grounds for a divorce. There are NO Biblical grounds for divorce!!!

Another thing is this: Biblically, a marriage exists ONLY when two persons are "joined together" by God, becoming "one flesh". This doesn't happen simply by having a wedding.

Grow up and get a life. This isn't a revival or one of her sermons. This is a courtroom case about DIVORCE. When you are guests in someones home or show you don't just come in and do what you want to do. You must do things according to the house rules. In this case she is a guest on a show concerning domestic abuse. Not who is Jesus. You must take into account that Not everyone is christian so you can't just start talking about Jesus. What if their of a different religion? Think about that.

If the tv shows "house rules" forbid her from talking about Christ, then maybe she shouldnt have gone on the show that wants her on the show and not Jesus.
Only people who are "sold-out" for Christ could understand that true Christians are 1 with Christ and every chance ((especially on national tv)) they get, they proclaim the gospel.

The gospel is the most important message anyone will ever hear. ((Most in America have not heard it accurately proclaimed)
A respresentative for Christ did not keep the main thing as the main thing because she gave into secular media's adgenda that wont allow Jesus allowed to be glorified on television.

Not one has judged BYnum into condemnation.
- But the Bible commands CHristians to be discerning betweening truth and error. And Christians are to proclaim that TRUTH... If you think that proclaiming the Truth is judging, then youd would have claimed that John the Baptist amnd the OT Prophets were judging also because they:
1. Exposed the sin of the land
2. Proclaimed Gods Truth against such behavior
Dont be undiscerning, and when you know the Truth let others know. Dont keep it hidden

I the tv stations think that they dont want Jesus glorified on their stations, maybe they shouldnt invite "self-proclaimed prophetesses" on their stations.
Dont compromise Jesus to get ahead.
If they wnt you to compromise Jesus, then you should not accept their invitation.

SHe tried and "Tommy" put out a tell-all book and text messages to help him pay for his lawyers, since all his members have left his church. SHe spoke on his behalf which is why he ain't in prison. Tommy should be thankful for that.

its easy to judge her but we dont know her story. she cant please everyone and it seems like that from the outside, but lets say she is wrong, what will it do if we are talking trash about an event we where not even apart of? i dont fight with people or argue about it but the fact is you and I where not there, and respect her history. Cuz we all make mistakes.

I was at the Threshing Floor Conference in 5/06 when Ms.Bynum very gleefully shared her desire to be "the next Oprah". She even celebrated a deal she had in the works to host a talk show on BET. This was a setup! You know how a sitcom might do a show highlighting new characters then you see the new characters in their own spin-off show??? coming soon to a tv screen near you in the fall of '09

The fact is the the thug bishop plead guilty because he knocked her teeth out and this woman got the tar slpapped out of her from yet another angry black man, prisons are full them. I appluad JB for her courage and even forgiving that bum for kicking and stomping her and preventing him from goin to prison even though wanted him to at least due time. DC came to her and asked for her counsel because she has been through it

from what i can see, she and the judge are close friends. the judge can't say the things she'd like to say. I've seen the show, she's very proffesional. When she gives a ruling, she quotes the law, gives her reason, case over. She also wanted to make this particular show an example since she doesn't touch abuse. Dr Bynum, as a friend, can serve as the voice the judge can't speak. I intercede for my boss all the time at work.

If Bynum was a real prophet of God, she wouldnt have divorced her husband.
Check out a real Prophet of God names Hosea. His wife was UNFAITHFUL to him, and God would not allow to Hosea divorce his wife.
This is a picture of Gods people being unfaithul to HIM, and HE still was and is faithful to HIS People, Eventhough His people are so unfaithful.
Pure grace. Hosea was a real Prophet who upheld Gods Word.... And guess what? He was human too just like Bynum.

PLEASE, the bishop meeds prayer not JB. One he's a down low homo and two, he is a violent thug in preachers clothing. At least this man is trying to hear some truth. Nobody is ganging up on this man. Black men have to learn how to better place their anger. The prisons are filled with Black men with misplaced anger. One day he's gonna mad and kill her then what. This was a VERY good show I'm glad it had such good ratings, that means that the JB will be invited back, which is wonderful.

juanita and her husband.....these are people that God has called and chosen for his very purpose.....it is not for you to judge them because you are not their maker.....Gods hand and his anointing is on them both... and if you dont understand God and his mercy ....get you a King James bible and read it.....Prophetess Juanita and bishop will finish the work that God the father of truth and light has put them on earth to do.....because what God started he will finish ..in Jesus name ....amen
