best advice is when you hit your 25th or 30th week ...get a 3D-4D ultrasound... i was gonna do one on my 34th week but my baby dropped and we couldnt see her face..i was so sad i didnt get one earlier..

When you go to get the test done for down syndrome, they should do an ultrasound. That's what they did for me.
