Gee, it's taken us almost 100 years to get this far, and we need to slow down??? I'm one of those people who can't get coverage due to a "preexisting condition". The last thing I want to do here is slow down, lest we come to a stop... again.

The Republicans had a chance to do health care reform, and all we got was an unfunded prescription drug benefit where the government was NOT allowed to negotiate prices. I think we'll go it alone this time.
