The song is from 1996's Boys For Pele, so most likely it was written in '94 or '95, but then I think the song took on different meanings for her in later performances, like this one, because she had her 1st of 3 miscrriages just 1 month prior to this performnace.

@MrHicks091 She had 2 miscarriages before From the Choirgirl Hotel, according to her autobiography. From what I understand, she was pregnant towards the end of the tour for Boys for Pele, which ended just weeks before this performance. For what it's worth!
