SF IV lacks balance of power. There are alwasy some charcters are ridiculously strong such as Zangief, Cammy and Fei Long in the gameplay and I am not talking hardest level. Cammy is the strongest female in the game.

Um, how is Sakura cheap? You might as well say EVERYBODY is cheap, because some way, some how, you can spam moves with just about everybody. Ryu, Ken, Dan, Akuma, Sakura, Sagat, and Goken all have similar move combonations, so that's spam all day. Bison, SOME of Balrog's moves, Vega, even Guile have similar move combonations, so more spam. Honda, Chun-Li, Gen, and Blanka's ANNOYING ass have continous mash specials, so that's even more spam. So if Sakura is cheap, then pretty much every body is.
Lost is the past tense for lose. Lose is the opposite of win. Therefore after this match Cammy would say "I won" because won is the past tense of win, and Feilong says "I lost." He does not mean "I give up" he is simply stating the outcome of the match with some degree of surprise.
For those who complain about Ultra's, it's not about getting "rewarded" for getting your ass kicked for one, and the "Ultra" is really called a "Revenge" gauge. like ya get pounded bad, so you take out your last bit of energy in a desperation move, thus, the ultra, excellent concept imo.

Cammy may not be an easy character to master as Ryu, Ken or Sagat (all of whom are my favourites), she's nowhere near as tough as Zangief or Dhalslim.
Cammy is my favourtie non-fireball character: she's hot, she's ultra-fast and, if used correctly, formidable as most of her attacks go through fireballs. The only thing I can complain is that she's weak, and her sommersault attack is a little tricky.

if this guy is comboing his ultra, then its a combo, you have nothing to complain about. If he is doing a random wakeup ultra, or fullscreen random ultra and you get hit by it, then you're the scrub.
Previously mentioned K groove in CVS2, you get hit you get a super, this has been done before.
ultra is the worst concept in fighting game history. you're rewarded for getting your ass kicked, over, and over, and over again. to anyone who cares for the sanctity of fighting games and the skill required to play them, I propose a boycott of the ultra functionality in sf4 until the devs decide to add an update that allows the removal of said retarded feature for those of us who prefer not to be cheesy.

So basically all I was saying, before I started being called a nerd, pussy, bitchass, and all those other imaginative names, is that if you look at any fighting system, be it real life (UFC) or otherwise video game oriented, the prospective loser is not rewarded with a special move that he can pull out whenever he wants simply because he deserves a comeback (which he doesn't, because obviously he is worse than his opponent).
I see it this way: In left 4 dead developers put in enemies like the boomer, who explodes when it dies, and the witch, that only attacks when provoked but has an one hit kill attack. Why? So that players would think twice before shooting whatever moves. In SF4's case, i see ultra as a reason for skilled players to do more than simply beat his opponent to a corner and keep pummeling him till he drops.

Excellent point. Ultras keep players from going on auto-pilot, no-thought offense. It keeps you on your toes. I would have liked to see the meter start draining once it was filled and have unlimited ex moves during that time frame as well. I think that would have been cool.
I like ultras. The majority of people seem to like them. I doubt the devs will take them out. I only wish all the attacks did less damage so instead of taking half of someones health in one ultra, it takes like a quarter or something. Playing street fighter since the second and even have a real arcade cabinet with sf2 and I find the ultras in 4 refreshing and cool.
Damn, can't stand the English voice overs! Cammy sounds terrible and what the fuck is up with Fei Long's losing cry? "I LOOOST!!" Cammy should be like "No shiiit!"
I think Cammy's english/british voice is perfect for her, but yes you're right about Fei Long's "I LOOOST!!", its annoying and doesn't suit someone like him that's suposed to be based off of Bruce Lee.

I really enjoy the art direction of this game. The 3D characters look great. It's weird though, because they almost have a painted look to them. Very rich and smooth animation as well.

Interesting is when someone comes back of their own volition through comboing (and I mean dominating the other person to where they can't do much) or simply by using strategic defense and counters.

if this guy is comboing his ultra, then its a combo, you have nothing to complain about. If he is doing a random wakeup ultra, or fullscreen random ultra and you get hit by it, then you're the scrub.
Previously mentioned K groove in CVS2, you get hit you get a super, this has been done before.

ultra is the worst concept in fighting game history. you're rewarded for getting your ass kicked, over, and over, and over again. to anyone who cares for the sanctity of fighting games and the skill required to play them, I propose a boycott of the ultra functionality in sf4 until the devs decide to add an update that allows the removal of said retarded feature for those of us who prefer not to be cheesy.

dude, that's bullshit. ultra keeps the fight interesting. If one gets beat up bad, he can make a comeback instead of being the bad end of a predictable fight. what, are you upset cos you keep losing to the computer on easy mode because he suddenly goes shinkuu hadouken when you thought you had him?

So basically all I was saying, before I started being called a nerd, pussy, bitchass, and all those other imaginative names, is that if you look at any fighting system, be it real life (UFC) or otherwise video game oriented, the prospective loser is not rewarded with a special move that he can pull out whenever he wants simply because he deserves a comeback (which he doesn't, because obviously he is worse than his opponent).

I see it this way: In left 4 dead developers put in enemies like the boomer, who explodes when it dies, and the witch, that only attacks when provoked but has an one hit kill attack. Why? So that players would think twice before shooting whatever moves. In SF4's case, i see ultra as a reason for skilled players to do more than simply beat his opponent to a corner and keep pummeling him till he drops.

Excellent point. Ultras keep players from going on auto-pilot, no-thought offense. It keeps you on your toes. I would have liked to see the meter start draining once it was filled and have unlimited ex moves during that time frame as well. I think that would have been cool.

I like ultras. The majority of people seem to like them. I doubt the devs will take them out. I only wish all the attacks did less damage so instead of taking half of someones health in one ultra, it takes like a quarter or something. Playing street fighter since the second and even have a real arcade cabinet with sf2 and I find the ultras in 4 refreshing and cool.

I think Cammy's english/british voice is perfect for her, but yes you're right about Fei Long's "I LOOOST!!", its annoying and doesn't suit someone like him that's suposed to be based off of Bruce Lee.

I really enjoy the art direction of this game. The 3D characters look great. It's weird though, because they almost have a painted look to them. Very rich and smooth animation as well.
