Not Sure if you found the answer yet, but simply go to code tab and find the background line in code. (If on PC you can hit Ctrl + F) and type in background color. There you will find a # with numbers and letters. (#000000 = Black Color) Just do a simple google search for color codes and copy into that line in dreamweaver. You can also just go to properties and change the background color there.
