Got asked that question a lot! Believe it or not it is a simple effect created for under £1. All you need is a party popper and some talcum powder. Remove the top and streamers from the party popper and fill with talc, placing the lid back on. Pull the string for a great effect! Experimented since with red food dye and talc for great blood effect!
