When we do them it's always us at running back with the ball starting, 2 lineman, 2 d lineman and a line backer. It's only fun at line backer. The worst headache of your life awaits.

Did something like this in high school football called escape from Saigon. One running back, 3 other players, and you. Your job is to tackle the back. We were in a circle though and had time limits. Some hard hitting in those things. Lol
