i just saw this "sport" on TV yesterday.....it was some Mormon family that does it. but my question is, where do u get the ice blocks from? my stores only sell bags of ice. do u jst put a big pale in the freezer and make it turn into a block? my freezer isn't big enough for 2 of those.....

if you're going to drive to your hill, the time you're driving will melt it. you should buy a long roll of plastic. i mean a huge 3 foot long roll of plastic that you'd cover a broken window with. idk if you have the home depot in australia, but a construction/home improvement place like that should sell them. weight the plastic down at the top. it doesnt need to go all the way down the hill, it speeds u up. put a towel where you're going to sit on the ice, hang onto yer ropes & go!
