hi i have a question about me trying to get approved , my insurance company is asking for 3-4 months of wt watchers journels  and weigh ins so i joined today somtimes i feel like they are giving me the run around just to tell me no in the end. what do you think? did you have to go through a bunch of hooptylah?

Wow, it seems there were a lot of your videos that I missed.

I gained weight after eating ham, and peeps...oh no Easter candy. I looked down at my stomach and thought it looked so bloated. I have gone back down. I know what I did wrong. It is a candy addiction.

Please know that I enjoy sugar. I also enjoy my smaller size clothes. I wish I could stick to three Hersey Kisses or something similar. I mean, small bites!

Its really good to reformat your computer like at least once a year. I do mine every 6 mo, just back everything up on my removable hard drive. I dont get virus' though....I use Norton 360 and used to use Norton Internet Security only, and never ever had one at all. Good idea to invest maybe?

Oh and did your insurance cover your tuck and arms? Which insurance do you have?

One question I have is, can u pls send me a side message to explain how u go about getting approval for the plastic surgeries from the insurance companies. Do you tell them its for emotional reasons ? (Sorry to sound ignorant) Like how do they judge if they should approve it or not. Thanks for your time. That is EXACTLY what I had to do with my computer. It works great now. I had to start updating sparkpeople again to kick start my weight loss again. Good luck with the approvals. Keep fighting the good fight.
