I love her in 'Dinner At Eight'. She was a multi-talented actress from stage to film. I still recall some of her radio shows from school. It’s too bad that she’s only known to most as “Glinda”. This is a wonderful montage Baz, to showcase all of Billie Burke's talents. 5***s.

What a treat, Baz! All those lovely pre-Hollywood photos of Billie on stage (US/England) plus the portraits. She's one of my very favorite people and never got the credit she deserved for her contribution to films. I really admire the way she singlehandedly managed to pay all of the staggering debt her husband, Flo Zigfeld, left after he passed away. Took a lot of guts. And the music was sublime!

I love how just about all of the images are in that sepia tone, it just adds to the Classic look. She had such a variety of roles in her career from "Dinner at Eight" to "Wizard of Oz."

Watching the video Billie Burke takes us into another era far away now, but still full of charm.

Memorable this actress in The Wizard of Oz.. But I also had the pleasure of looking in Christopher Strong and A Bill of Divorcement! 4:00 is the image most familiar that i have to recognize Billie Burke.
